Your testimonials pod timeline:
Session 1 – helping you define what constitutes a glowing testimonial and identify (max six) customers who would be happy to provide one.
Session 2 – contacting your customers, engaging in conversation to extract a natural testimonial – ie in their own words.
Sessions 3 and 4 – identifying the two best testimonial opportunities, drafting and sending for approval.
